There has been a global evolution in the system integration space (not just related to translations) through 4 phases:

No integration between systems.

During this phase, humans were the “connector,” moving data manually between systems. This either occurred through copy and pasting or reading from one application and manually typing it into the next.

System-to-system integration.

Here, each customer funded integrations of many systems to many systems. This process was very slow and expensive to both build and maintain.

System integration tools/generic connectors.

This marked the birth of tools such as the IBM MQ Series. They added a lot of value, BUT since they were generic, they still required a lot of work (often hefty consulting bills) or highly paid internal experts.

Domain-specific connectors.

Each domain, like book-keeping/finance, marketing analytics, and now the translation domain, are being taken over by domain-specific connectors.

Despite the choice of connector that you make, Verbis will always have some fundamental principles that apply to all connectors: The most obvious is that most of our clients are Salesforce users using either one, two, three, or all Salesforce clouds. Knowledge & FAQ

Service Cloud with Knowledge article and FAQ
Venizum completes the Knowledge articles by providing an extra intelligence layer for the translation process. Create an article or FAQ in Salesforce and start “a new translation project” with a click of a button. Venizum will then automatically create the first draft of your multilingual version and send it to your translator or proofreader for validation. The translation accuracy is so high that some companies even choose to publish without having a human proofreader

Translation Workbench

Venizum has launched its own version of Translation Workbench, addressing all the gaps that were missed in the Salesforce Translation Workbench module. If you use Salesforce and have ever tried to translate in the Salesforce translation workbench module, then most likely you faced some challenges. The big challenge is usually that you need to work with huge files with a lot of limitations that do not offer automatic translatio and require manual input for each translation. When your content is auto-translated, the proof-reading process gets activated in the application, chooses a deadline for the translators/ validators, and allows Verbis to automate the administration of the translation process.

Verbis supports the translators to do all the edits of content directly in the salesforce instants rich text editor. You can also localize images, videos, and other hyperlinks in Verbis for Experience Cloud.
