Verbis — The Enterprise Communication Layer for Salesforce

One Salesforce-native translation platform for multilingual service across all customer interactions and experiences.

Go Local, the power of translation and localization!

Verbis is often described as a connector to translation engines — and that flexibility is one part of it. But Verbis is a full translation and localization platform in its own right: workflow automation, translation memory, glossary and terminology management, quality control, real-time dashboards, and now live spoken conversation, all built natively into Salesforce. Engine connectivity is one capability among many, not the whole product.

Unlike a bolt-on integration, Verbis works from the inside out. It installs directly inside your org, so translation becomes part of how Salesforce already works — not a separate system layered on top.

Verbis: Translation & Localization app

Verbis lets you translate and localize content and communications across every Salesforce Cloud your team uses — cases, chats, knowledge, marketing, and CMS content — from one native platform. Built on nearly two decades of localization experience, Verbis streamlines the entire translation process end-to-end, so localization stays simple, fast, and accurate.

With an intuitive, native interface, Verbis removes the friction most translation tools add. There’s no separate login, no exporting content to a third-party portal, and no waiting on a disconnected workflow — everything happens where your team already works.

What's Next: Voice-to-Voice Live Translation

Verbis is expanding beyond text. We’re launching voice-to-voice live translation, bringing real-time spoken-language translation directly into Salesforce voice conversations — so agents and customers can talk naturally, each in their own language, with Verbis translating the conversation as it happens.

It’s the next step in the same idea behind Verbis from the start: translation shouldn’t be a separate tool your team switches to. It should be built into the conversation itself, whether that conversation happens in a case, a chat, a document, or now, a live call.

Trust & control
Keep the service process, and provider choices, under enterprise control.
Privacy & Security

Being 100% native on Salesforce means your customer data stays inside Salesforce, a platform built to meet the security and compliance standards enterprises require.

Your data stays in Salesforce.

Always

One point of control

Service interactions may contain personal, confidential or regulated information. Verbis provides a central point for applying configured provider, routing and workflow rules within your Salesforce-centred operating model.

One place to govern it all.

Configured by you.

Your providers, your rules

When an external AI, language, speech or localisation service is selected, relevant content may be transferred to that provider. You remain in control of approving providers, configuring Salesforce access and validating the complete end-to-end workflow for your requirements.

You choose. You control.

We follow your rules.

Using Verbis Across Salesforce
One platform capability. Multiple ways to use it.

Verbis works through ready-to-use business solutions, Salesforce automation, APIs, AI agents and headless experiences.

However your team works today, the same translation intelligence comes with it — nothing has to be rebuilt as new needs come up.

Ready-to-use Verbis solutions

Verbis for Service — multilingual support across service agents, customers and automated processes.

Verbis for Marketing — connects your content and campaigns to translation and professional localization.

Verbis for Sales — natural, multilingual communication for teams working across markets.

Salesforce automation and APIs

Architects can build Verbis directly into Salesforce workflows — Flow, Apex, Agentforce actions, custom applications and APIs — so translation becomes part of the process itself, not a separate integration to maintain.

Everything is configured once through a shared control panel, then reused across every workflow and channel — ready to extend as new needs come up, without rebuilding what's already there.

Ready Made Solutions
Salesforce decides when to invoke Verbis; the capability does not need to be rebuilt.
